Lesley Sutton is an artist and curator and founder of PassionArt, a Manchester based charity that explores art, faith and stillness through exhibitions, art trails, talks and gatherings. Lesley has also served in church ministry with her husband Baptist minister Rev Roger Sutton.

Lesley Sutton is a visual artist, curator and community arts worker who uses artistic activities to support physical, emotional and spiritual development, specialising in creative reminiscence, interfaith and cultural heritage projects. She is founder of PassionArt, a charity that explores faith, art and stillness through hosting creative retreats, exhibitions, art trails and community arts projects.

Lesley graduated with a first class honours degree in Visual Arts and Culture and has an MA in Fine Art. She has worked and taught in galleries and universities and has exhibited her own fiber based works in a number of exhibitions nationally.

Lesley also leads the Gather network with her husband Rev Roger Sutton encouraging Christian unity and city/town transformation across the UK and is part of the leadership team for Movement Day UK. Lesley led the Arts Track at Movement Day Global Cities in New York in October 2016, and is passionate about the role the Arts play in making our cities better places to live in, by improving the wellbeing and spiritual understanding of communities and the shaping of their values and culture. She is the proud mother of four grown up children and eight grandchildren.
